Brittney has over ten years of experience in sales and five years of experience in delivering engaging training sessions and workshops for sales teams and customers, both in-person and online. She is certified in DISC and Human Centered Design, which enables her to tailor her approach and content to different learning styles and needs. Brittney's interest in understanding what makes people tick led her to discover The Enneagram, which she finds to be a valuable tool for all aspects of her life. She is currently a Senior Sales Enablement Facilitator at Oracle, where she supports the global organization's educational needs based on business objectives or company initiatives.

As part of the Oracle Sales and Partner Academy, Brittney collaborates and partners with subject matter experts to design relevant and accurate learning materials. She also facilitates sales training sessions and workshops, leveraging adult learning principles and engaging interactive activities to drive participant engagement and knowledge retention. She is passionate about empowering customers and employees through world-class training opportunities, and she enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with anyone who is willing to listen. Brittney's outgoing personality and love for meeting new people shines through in all of her interactions, making her a natural networker.

    -Support the organization’s educational needs based on business objectives or company initiatives to develop formal educational or training programs, classes, e-learning coursework, workshops, video concepts, and/or other web-based materials

    - Delivers educational materials both in-person and online, utilizing in-depth subject expertise and best practices for the facilitation

  • Senior Trainer - Creative Pro

    - Deliver Today at Apple training sessions across the programming portfolio daily (10-25 people).

    - Mentor and train members of the Creative team to develop their knowledge and skills

    - Oversee new session preparation and validate team member readiness to deliver new sessions.

    - Assist in introducing new Today at Apple programming to the entire store team.

    - Created custom content for internal training & created custom classes for customer training

    - Shadow and observe to provide feedback to the team based on observations of skills and behaviors to improve session quality and sales

    - Helps identify training opportunities for team members and partner with Manager to suggest plans for skill improvement.

    - Facilitate and adapt New Employee Onboarding in person and virtually

    - Helps ensure that internal team is up to date with new technology and operating systems for sales

    - Seek, analyze, interpret, and act on feedback from peers and the customer survey system to improve the Apple Store experience.

    - Seek, analyze, interpret performance indicators to achieve better sales

    - Develop strategies with Manager to ensure programming schedules reflect the needs and interests of the local community and support the scheduling process on occasions when needed.

    - Coordinate, plan, and execute events and external talent/celebrity-led programming in partnership with the Manager leading the Today at Apple experience and Programming Team.
